Service Description

An hour long mat and dumbbell based workout class, we focus on strengthening the deep core muscles, pelvic floor, as well as increasing general strength and fitness! Babas can be in prams or you can bring any play mats etc to help keep them occupied.

For my strength and conditioning classes & PT's- to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24hours in advance, otherwise you will lose your payment. For Buggy Bootcamp & Online Coaching- to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 7 days in advance of the start date or full payment will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
